Group Policy Setting

Modify  Start Menu and Taskbar :

Step 1: Go to Run or Win key + R

Step 2: Type "gpedit.msc"

Step 3: Click User Configuration >>Administrative Templates >>Start Menu and Taskbar

Step 4: Edit Policy Settings 

Step 5: Select Enabled and Click OK button

Step 6: Restart Computer
